Pemcor Packaging uses this state-of-the-art technology to dramatically enhance quality. By using the ArtiosCAD 3D technology we are able to:

Harnessing the power of the most current technology allows us to create innovative designs and quickly turns them into reality!
Utilizing dedicated CAD-graphics alignment tools and a 3D preview in Adobe® Illustrator® we are able to refine graphic designs quickly and deliver most prototypes within 24 hours.
Studio’s 3D guides and artwork distribution tools ensure error-free artwork creation as well and typically allows us same day proofing.
Check for mistakes before making printing plates, embossing dies or varnish blankets. Avoid rejects by showing up-front an accurate virtual mock-up.

Signature Premier Folder Gluer

With over 35 years of folding carton industry experience, American International Machinery Inc. has developed the industry-leading series of folder gluers, which includes the Signature Premier, to meet and exceed the tough demands of today’s converting applications. It features:

A Pre-Break Section is capable of 180° first and third-score pre-break and compound fold options. Also includes an extended height third-score pre-break for larger cartons.
Highly versatile feed section with pneumatically lifted feed gates and side guides, allowing for faster change-over and blank removal.
Complete back fold data is supplied at one operator control center via a color LCD touch-screen, used for programming and storing up to 99 different jobs into memory for easy recall.
